Founded in 2006, Coyote Logistics was launched by a veteran in the transportation industry who believed that the freight business needed a provider with strong customer service and a fresh, people-focused corporate culture. The new company prospered and thrived and in 2015, Coyote Logistics became a UPS company. Today, the business employs 2,000 people and runs 17 offices across the country. The Chicago-based corporation’s motto is “Do The Right Thing” for shippers, carriers, each other, their communities, and the environment.
COYOTE LOGISTICS, LLC
Coyote Logistics works with a network of over 14,000 shippers in a variety of industries ranging from consumer products and industrial items to foods and paper products. Coyote Logistics also works with a large network of carriers: more than 40,000. The company contracts with drivers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico to deliver freight and offers numerous opportunities for new motor carriers. With the Coyote load board, contracted drivers can find available loads and stay on the road. Owner-operators and fleet owners work with a dedicated account manager based on their region and equipment; they work to eliminate empty trucks on backhauls and ensure that motor carriers have the support that they need.
